A $50bn plan by Nicaragua to build a rival to the Panama Canal has failed to materialise.
It has been six years since the president of Nicaragua and a Chinese billionaire announced work was starting.
The project should be well on the way to completion by now.
But construction workers are nowhere to be seen.
