US Navy resurrects Second Fleet to counter Russia threat
United States has announced it is re-establishing its naval fleet in the Atlantic Ocean amid rising tensions with Russia.
The United States has announced it will increase its naval presence in the North Atlantic to counter what it calls a renewed threat from Russia.
It is part of the military build-up on both sides which has not been seen for decades.
