Russia-Ukraine live: ‘No talks if Moscow holds referendum’
Ukraine’s Zelenskyy says Kyiv will have no dialogue with Russia if it stages votes in the Ukrainian regions it controls.

- Ukrainian President Zelenskyy says if Russia proceeds with referendums in occupied areas on joining Russia, there can be no talks with Ukraine or its international allies.
- Ukraine’s state nuclear power company Energoatom says a worker was wounded when Russian forces again shelled the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant.
