Syeda Sana Batool is a UK-based journalist and postdoctoral researcher whose work focuses on media representation, language and framing, and participatory storytelling with marginalised communities. She is currently part of the AHRC-funded ATTUNE project and has a forthcoming book with Palgrave Macmillan on the media representation of anti-Shia violence in Pakistan.
