In February 2019, Kaiser accepted the role of Ethnic Minority Ambassador to the Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse, IICSA. This position took her around England and Wales, engaging with stakeholders and survivors and speaking at events and conferences. Within the role, she acted as a specialist consultant to the Government Inquiry in its remit to investigate institutional failures in child sexual abuse.
