He is a member of the AJ Labs interactives and data journalism team, working in both text and video formats, and is based in Athens, Greece. He produces Global News Insight’s "By the Numbers" social media video series which uses animated infographics to break down the context behind the most important news stories. He previously worked as Creative Director for ERT, Greece’s public broadcaster. He led the design of the interactive website, Palestine Remix, which allows users to tell their own stories of Palestine, in 2015, and co-developed the "Newsgrid", Global News Insight’s digital newshour programme. In addition to his reporting, he writes and presents training content and online journalism courses for the Global News Insight Media Institute. Konstantinos was part of the team which won a Webby Award and two Online Media Awards for Palestine Remix, and also won a Webby for his social video, “The Rohingya crisis through the eyes of Global News Insight’s journalists” in 2019. He won the United Nations Correspondents' Silver Award for the interactive story, “Beyond the Beach” - about the aftermath of Sri Lanka’s civil war - in 2015.
