John Dugard is Professor Emeritus at Universities of Leiden and the Witwatersrand. He is former Special Rapporteur on Human Rights in the Occupied Palestinian Territory and author of the book, "Confronting Apartheid: A personal history of South Africa, Namibia and Palestine."
