Heidi Mogstad is a postdoctoral researcher studying humanitarianism and war at the Christian Michelsen Institute (CMI) in Norway. She has a PhD in Social Anthropology from the University of Cambridge and an MPhil in Justice and Transformation from the University of Cape Town.
