Heidi Hautala has been a member of the European Parliament for over 19 years and has served as the body’s vice-president since 2017. Previously a member of the Finnish parliament, she has also held the role of Finland’s international development minister. Hautala chaired the International Parliamentary Inquiry on Myanmar.
