Dorothy Mukasa is team leader at Unwanted Witness Uganda, a leading charity organisation working at the intersection of technology and human rights in Uganda. Dorothy has been involved in several policy advocacy initiatives in Uganda including the country’s processes of enacting the data protection law and meaningful enforcement and demanding public scrutiny of Uganda's digital ID system.
