Deirdre Day is a writer and artist who lives in the Hudson Valley where she also dabbles in real estate and rivers. She holds a degree in Semiotics from Brown, a Masters in writing from NYU and a doctorate in English from the CUNY-graduate center. She is currently working on her illustrated memoir, The Book of Martyrs.
