Ciprian Necula is the Chair of Roma Education Foundation, a human rights activist and an Associate Professor at Scoala Nationala de Studii Politice si Administrative (SNSPA). He worked and lead Roma civil society organisations in Romania (Romani CRISS, Romano ButiQ, ActiveWatch), served as a State Secretary at the Ministry of European Funds of Romania (2015-2016), consultant of Council of Europe, World Bank, UNICEF, OSCE and other international organisations.
