Amir Ahmadi Arian is an Iranian author and journalist. He has published novels and books of nonfiction in Farsi, short stories and essays in English. His journalism has appeared in the New York Times, The Guardian, London Review of Books, Open Democracy, etc. He is currently professor of literature and creative writing at City College, New York.
